This is a fun and immersive way to engage members and become involved with DEI work if you don’t have a lot of time. Time commitment: 1-2 hours of planning time per field trip.
  • Transformation Committee: This group is for local League DEI Committee members or prospective members. The purpose of this group is to empower, collaborate, generate ideas and create a supportive safe haven to discuss and grow as a team in all things DEI! Everything shared is strictly confidential. This group is a sounding board and refuge as they help facilitate their League’s cultural transformation. Though we meet monthly, this group is a "come and go" group for you to utilize as needed. Local Board members are also welcome to join us to discuss DEI related issues. Time commitment: 0-1 hour per month.
