LWV Greater Chippewa Valley Holds Training on Voter Registration

Earlier this week, LWV Greater Chippewa Valley held a virtual training on voter registration to help participants feel comfortable assisting others with voter registration and knowing how to access expert and accurate resources.

Greater Chippewa Valley invited anyone from the general public to attend this session to freshen up on: registration methods, registration deadlines, eligibility requirements, and required documents.

During the training, participants also interacted with MyVote.wi.gov in real time to boost confidence when showing voters how to find their municipal clerk or polling place, find upcoming election dates, discover what’s on their ballot, view their voting activity history, and learn how to request an absentee ballot.
