DELEGATES
If you're attending as a voting delegate, indicate that on the form and coordinate with your local League. Leagues should refer to the LWVNC, Inc. Bylaws, Article X, Section 4, Representation to confirm your League's delegate count. Leagues not using all delegate slots may contact the state board for help in coordinating the use of those slots by a sister League.
