Join the Leagues of Women Voters of Lower Merion & Narberth and Central Delaware County for the Hot Topic: Post-Election Day Certification and Potential Legal Challenges virtual panel discussion about this year’s election certification process and other possible election legal issues on Friday, October 18 at Noon via Zoom.

The panel will address the expected legal challenges to voting, tabulating and certifying this November’s election, focusing on Pennsylvania state and county level issues.

Panel members will include:

Marian K. Schneider - ACLU of Pennsylvania Senior Policy Counsel for Voting Rights who has litigated several high-impact voting rights cases in Pennsylvania and often interfaces with the Pennsylvania League of Women Voters concerning legal issues. From 2015 to 2017, Marian served as the Deputy Secretary for Elections and Administration at the Pennsylvania Department of State.
Jill Greene - Voting and Elections Manager at Common Cause PA and former LWVPA Executive Director. Her “work is currently focused on modernizing Pennsylvania's election code, addressing election disinformation and voter intimidation, and protecting and expanding every citizen's right to vote.”
James Allen - Delaware County Elections Director who has over two decades of government administration experience in both Chicago, Illinois and Pennsylvania.

The panel will be moderated by Jamie Mogil, Esq., election lawyer and President of the League of Women Voters of Lower Merion/Narberth. Jamie is an election integrity & voting rights expert.
