In tribute to Dr. King's enduring legacy and his unwavering commitment to a world free of injustice, this year's commemoration will emphasize the importance of drawing lessons from our past to shape a more resilient future.

The League of Women Voters of Delaware County is presenting a three-part program on Running for Local Office in preparation for the 2025 municipal election season.

The third of the series Meet the Winners will be held as an in-person event on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Inn at Swarthmore, 10 S Chester Rd, Swarthmore, PA 19081. Hear from present or former elected officials on their experience with running for office and serving as a local elected official. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.

The event fee is $35.00 and light refreshments will be served.

Come table and enjoy the Main Line Chinese Cultural Center’s Lunar New Year Celebration. The celebration will be held on Sunday, January 26 at Great Valley High School 225 Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, PA from 1 to 5 p.m. This is a free event and will give attendees an opportunity to get voter information from the League of Women Voters.
