H. 3205, a call for a federal Constitutional Convention, has been given Special Order in the Senate so it will be a priority for debate on the Senate floor. Call your senator to ask for a NO vote on H. 3205.

We need your voice by Wednesday, February  9, when the House Election Laws Subcommittee takes up a very important early and absentee voting bill. The bill does something that we have long needed, creating a no-excuse early voting period. However, it also does things that are threats to voter access and reasonable election administration. We hope everyone will provide personal testimony at the hearing or in writing. The League's testimony:

On Wednesday, January 26, 9 am, the SC Senate Medical Affairs Committee will take up two dangerous bills: 1) S.988 "Trigger Law," bans all abortions and declares a fertilized egg to be a person; 2) S. 907 "Abortion Reversal Bill" requiring health professionals to provide unproven misinformation.
