The State Democracy Research Initiative and the Elections Research Center at UW-Madison invite you to attend for an Election Matters 2024 Panel, "Safeguarding the Vote: Election Subversion Risks and Responses,” sponsored by Stafford Rosenbaum LLP. This event will take place on Friday, October 18, from 4:00-5:15pm Central Time, with a reception to follow. You can attend this panel in-person in room 2260 at the UW Law School, or virtually over Zoom. This panel is approved for 1.5 Wisconsin CLE credits.

This panel discussion will examine the risks of election subversion in the upcoming election and explore strategies to defend against these threats. Our panelists will include Kathy Boockvar (Former PA Secretary of State), Professor Rick Hasen (UCLA Law School), Jessica Marsden (Protect Democracy), and Davin Rosborough (ACLU), and moderated by Professor Rob Yablon (State Democracy Research Initiative).
