On October 6, join the League of Women Voters of the Greater Green Bay Area for a virtual presentation on gerrymandering and the National Popular Vote. Daniel O. Theno, former Wisconsin State Senator (R) and Mayor of Ashland, Wisconsin, and Barbara Paterick, a retired attorney and board member of LWV of Greater Green Bay, will be presenting at the event. Daniel O. Theno
Former Wisconsin State Senator (R) (1972-1986) and Mayor of Ashland, Wisconsin (1986 -1989), Daniel O. Theno continues his longtime passion for good governance by, among other contributions, serving as a statewide speaker for the Fair Elections Project, advocating reforms in redistricting. He is also a political consultant and has recently authored a book on campaigning, titled Winning Local Elections.
Barbara Paterick
Barbara Block Paterick is a retired attorney who serves as a Board member of the League of Women Voters of Greater Green Bay. Barb works with the State League of Women Voters on National Popular Vote issues, as well as fair redistricting. As part of that work, Barb is also a liaison to the nationwide grassroots organization: www.nationalpopularvote.com
