About Simone and Anika:
Simon and Anika are two high schoolers from Oshkosh West, and together they founded Let’s Vote Wisconsin to increase Wisconsin's youth participation in elections. The group provides free, online resources for teachers and students, and their mission is to empower students to become educated voters in local, state, and national elections.
Among other activities, Let’s Vote Wisconsin aims to have legislation introduced requiring all K-12 schools to include voter education to students in all grades. Let’s Vote Wisconsin is also working on developing materials to be used in classrooms and organizing high school students to volunteer at voter registration events and at the polls.
