What: The League of Women Voters of Wisconsin is hosting a webinar series on the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, a bill that guarantees the Presidency to the candidate who receives the most popular votes in the nation.

“This bill is essential to representative government,” said Debra Cronmiller, executive director of the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin. “And like any effort aiming to count every vote equally, the NPVIC is completely nonpartisan in nature.”

Who: Patrick Rosenstiel is a nationally recognized figure in the world of public affairs, international relations, public relations and market research. Having cut his teeth in the campaign world, including the Forbes for President campaign, Pat brings nearly two decades of senior level public affairs expertise to the table. In addition to his work as the CEO of Ainsley Shea, a Twin Cities-based public affairs firm with a worldwide impact, Rosenstiel presently serves as a senior consultant to the National Popular Vote campaign. Rosenstiel has visited 45 states on behalf of National Popular Vote.
