Wisconsin’s Inland Waterways Report Card grade is a C- (between mediocre & poor) and Ports Report Card Grade is a C+ (between good and mediocre).

Authors will give 20-minute presentations and then begin a live Q&A conversation with panelists and audience on how to raise the grades for inland waterways and ports.

Presenters: Carl Sutter, P.E. F. ASCE, Director ASCE will be presenting on Inland Waterways, and Kyle Bareither, P.E. is the Ports Lead Author, ASCE-WI Section 2020 Infrastructure Report Card.

Michael Schwar is the Inland Waterways Lead Author.
