LWV La Crosse Partners with MOKA Coffee to Get Out the Vote Ahead of the November 2022 Election

The League of Women Voters of the La Crosse Area worked in conjunction with MOKA Coffee, a local business in their area, to get out the vote for the November 8th election. 

Joan Wilson, the owner of MOKA Coffee, came up with the slogan “Espresso Yourself - Vote 2022” which was put on t-shirts and distributed to staff. This catchy slogan was also used on cards that patrons were encouraged to pick up along with their beverage, which promoted the www.myvote.wi.gov website.

On November 2nd, MOKA employees and LWV La Crosse members joined together for a photo shoot and encouraged the community to stop by to participate in a gift card promotion and to get tips for making a plan to vote on Election Day.
