The League of Women Voters of Delaware County invites everyone to come to their annual lunch with Delaware County Council on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Noon, at The Inn at Swarthmore, 10 South Chester Road, Swarthmore PA 19081.

This event is an opportunity to get to know members of Delaware County government in an informal friendly setting. The event is open to League members, guests of members and potential members.

Pennsylvanians are joining in coalition to send a message to Citizens Bank and raise awareness about Citizens Bank's role in supporting for-profit detention centers. On Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11AM join the peaceful protest at the Citizens Bank located at 363 W. Lancaster Ave. Wayne, PA.

The International Relations Study Group of the League of Women Voters of Central Delaware County has been active for years studying different countries meeting monthly on the second Tuesday at 12:30 pm. To generate discussion the group uses the Great Decisions Briefing Book resources put out by the Foreign Policy Association.
On March 10, 2026 the discussion will be a review of Chapter 2 of 2026 Great Decisions titled The End of an Era: Trump Tariffs in Historical Perspective.
