The lynchings of Elias Clayton, Elmer Jackson and Isaac McGhie occurred 101 years ago in Duluth. In spite of all the years that have passed, racial disparities persist to this day. Rep. Moran and Rep. Richardson's Racial Justice Report lays out a path for how we can achieve just and equitable communities in Minnesota. The conversation will be facilitated by Carl Crawford, Duluth's Human Rights Director.
