The mission of the Women’s Club of Delaware County is to enhance the lives of other's through volunteer service, create positive change in communities, advocate for victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence, promote, education, healthy lifestyles, and civic involvement, supports the arts and preserve natural resources, work toward peace and understanding.

The awardees are being recognized for their contributions to their communities. Our League of Women Voters (LWV) of Central Delaware County (CDC) is being honored for our work and mission to Empower Voters and Defend Democracy and accepting the award is Anne Mosakowski, President.

Join the LWVPA and Fair Election Center for a webinar and Q & A on “Voting Rights at Risk: Durational Citizenship in Pennsylvania.” The webinar on Zoom is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

A little-known Pennsylvania law may block newly naturalized citizens from voting in the May 19 primary. Anyone who naturalizes on or after April 20 could be affected.

The International Relations Study Group of the League of Women Voters of Central Delaware County has been active for years studying different countries meeting monthly on the second Tuesday at 12:30 pm. To generate discussion the group uses the Great Decisions Briefing Book resources put out by the Foreign Policy Association.

On April 10, 2026 the discussion will be a review of Chapter 2 of 2026 Great Decisions titled The End of an Era: Trump Tariffs in Historical Perspective.
