Seth Johnson has been a Structural Engineer for more than 12 years. He currently serves as the On-Site Structural Lead for a large Semiconductor project at Jacobs Engineering where he leads a team of 20 professionals. Seth background is primarily in the analysis and design of new and existing industrial facilities around the country. He holds a Batchelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master of Engineering degree in Structural from Michigan Technological University. Seth is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin and 6 additional states.
Warren Hayden, PE
Business Unit Leader for Dams and Hydropower
Warren Hayden has been consulting on dams for more than 30 years. He currently serves as the business unit leader for dams and hydropower at Mead & Hunt where he leads a team of 37 professionals. Warren has inspected, analyzed, or designed the rehabilitation of more than 100 dams throughout the country, with Wisconsin being home to the largest number of those dams. He holds a Batchelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa. Warren is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin and 9 additional states.

Jake Brunoehler, PE
Area Manager
Jake Brunoehler, P.E., holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University and is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin. With a broad range of experience, Jake has worked as a Regional Engineer with Advanced Drainage Systems, a Project Engineer at Patrick Engineering, an Engineering Technician at Soil and Materials Engineers, Inc., and a Project Manager at Norfolk Southern Railway Corporation. He now serves as the Area Manager for Hobas, where he focuses on delivering solutions for water and wastewater projects across the Midwest and portions of Canada.
At the Society level of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Jake serves on the Committee on America’s Infrastructure, which delivers the Report Card for America’s Infrastructure and supports key advocacy efforts at the state and federal levels. He is also a member of the ASCE History and Heritage Committee, which enriches ASCE conferences by providing historical context and promoting the civil engineering profession. Jake is a Past President of the Southeast Branch of ASCE and a former Director-at-Large on the Wisconsin Section Board, where he led membership initiatives, coordinated numerous events, and contributed to the 2020 ASCE Wisconsin Infrastructure Report Card.
In his free time, Jake enjoys homebrewing, woodworking, and spending time with his three children. He and his wife are also avid musicians, performing traditional Irish music together as members of an Irish band during their travels.

Uriah Monday, P.E.
State Dam Safety Engineer, WI DNR
Uriah has been a professional in the water resources field for nearly 20 years, with public service and private consulting experience in dam safety and design, hydraulic design, floodplain analysis, hydrologic studies, and large and small scale stormwater management. Uriah received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bradley University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Illinois. Since 2021 he has served as Wisconsin’s State Dam Safety Engineer, and is responsible for administration of the DNR’s Dam Safety Program. This program regulates the design, construction and safety of dams in Wisconsin including statutory inspection programs, condition assessments, hazard rating assignments, emergency response assistance, and plan review and permitting of dam projects.
Amy Minser
Storm Water Engineer, WI DNR
Amy Minser, P.E. is a Storm Water Engineer for the Wisconsin DNR in Madison. Her responsibilities include technical standard development, technical policy development, review of urban storm water grants, TMDL implementation, and assisting the Office of Energy Storm Water Engineer. Amy started as the northeast region storm water engineer in 2013 and transferred to a statewide technical policy role in 2020.
