LWV Milwaukee County Co-Hosts Roundtable Event to Celebrate International Women's Day

March 8th is International Women’s Day, and this year, LWV Milwaukee County partnered with several other top women’s organizations to host: Empower Women. Embrace Equity: The International Women’s Day Roundtable, at the Marcus Performing Arts Center.

The experience featured women who aimed to empower other women and embrace equity in the community and beyond. The agenda included a networking lunch, roundtable discussion, and Q&A. The roundtable panel “t[old] their stories and share[d] their visions for women, uplift[ed] issues that matter the most, and [left] attendees with a call to action.”
