The League of Women Voters of Delaware strongly supports this bill. LWVSCDE is offering a presentation to learn more about it, and the LWVDE Advocacy Corps has issued an "Action Alert" to contact your Representative in support prior to the floor vote in early March.

LWVDE is proud to announce its 2022 Black History Month program. Each week during the month of February, a set of "assignments" (resources and questions) will be provided for your review and reflection, culminating in a virtual discussion on Feb 28th.

LWVDE hosted an online program on Jan 17, 2022 entitled "Discovering Dr. King’s Dream, Then and Now," a virtual tour of Montgomery Alabama led by local storyteller, songstress and tour guide, Ms. Wanda Battle. The tour video is posted in this article.

The Lewes Public Library, LWVDE, LWVSC, Browseabout Books, and Delaware Humanities are co-sponsoring a discussion with author Anne Boylan on her book, 'Votes for Delaware Women', a study of the women's suffrage struggle in Delaware.
