Ida B. Wells, journalist, suffragist, civil rights activist, and a founder of the NAACP -- and now the 16th woman honored as part of The American Women Quarters Program. Impact on Issues 2024-2026

LWVUS recently release the 2024-2026 edition of its guide to public policy positions, Impact on Issues. The document is designed to help League members use LWVUS public policy positions effectively at the national, state, local, and regional levels. The intention is to inspire Leagues to use national positions to act in their own communities.
