Keynote speaker Jason Hall is CEO of Greater St. Louis, Inc., formed in 2021 with a merger of AllianceSTL, Arch to Park, Civic Progress, Downtown STL, Inc., and the St. Louis Regional Chamber. He shared its strategy for fostering inclusive economic growth in a 15-county bi-state area with 2.8 million residents, 1.5 million workers and 88,000 business establishments.
