Update - The Delaware Dept. of Elections announced on March 19th that the April 2, 2024 Presidential Primary in Delaware has been canceled. Only one candidate remains on each party's ballot.

LWVDE League Day - Wednesday, March 20, 2024
"Democracy at a Crossroads: Facing the Challenges of Disinformation and Misinformation"
Location: Christ Church Parish Hall, South State and Water Streets, Dover
• Registration & Refreshments 9 am / Program: 9:30 – Noon, with break mid-way
• Lunch with legislators: Noon – 1 pm / Visit Legislative Hall in the afternoon.
Open to all League members and the public – legislators invited.

Residents of Newark City Council District 3 (south-west Newark) will elect a councilperson on April 9, 2024. LWVNCC and UUFN will host a candidate forum on March 13, 2024 for the three candidates who have filed for the seat.

The next meeting of the LWVSC Board of Directors will be held on 3/11/24 at 7pm via Zoom.
