...THEREFORE, I, Henry McMaster, Governor of the great State of South Carolina, do hereby proclaim February 2020 as LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS CENTENNIAL MONTH throughout the state and encourage all South Carolinians to congratulate the League of Women Voters of South Carolina on the League's 100th anniversary.
