2024 Candidates Forum - Hingham

LWV Hingham Candidates Night

Wednesday, April 10, 2024

In Person and Live from Hingham Town Hall

This year, Hingham is in the unusual position of having no contested races for any office. The League strongly advocates for voter education and involvement, and with that in mind, we believe in voters’ right and responsibility to meet and know the officials who are working so hard on our behalf.

Therefore, the League decided to proceed with a program that will provide the candidates with an opportunity to introduce themselves, highlight their credentials, and explain why they are running for office, or for the incumbents to share their accomplishments.

Moderator Liza O'Reilly, from the LWV Hingham Steering Committee, managed the discussion and read statements from candidates who did not attend.

As always, event recording is at the bottom of this page and on Harbor Media sites. The Town Election is on Saturday, April 27, 2024.
