The South Carolina Voting Rights Coalition invites you to the South Carolina Voting Rights Convening on Saturday, October 5 at the University of South Carolina (Columbia campus).

In preparation for the Presidential election and beyond, this event is dedicated to fostering awareness, education, and activism surrounding voting rights issues in our great state.

During this convening, we have meticulously curated a diverse range of workshops that will empower and equip attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to effect positive change in our electoral system.

Our expert speakers and facilitators will delve into critical topics such as:

  • voter suppression/intimidation
  • advocacy strategies
  • grassroots mobilization
  • the nation's largest non-partisan program, Election Protection.

Whether you are a seasoned activist or new to the realm of voting rights, there will be ample opportunities for all participants to learn, network, and engage in meaningful dialogue.

Please note that workshop details, including additional sessions and their respective schedules, will be shared closer to the event date. Additionally, there will be a Voter Resource Fair to share resources.
