Study of Wisconsin's Infrastructure

Study of Wisconsin's Infrastructure

Wisconsin's Infrastructure

The League of Women Voters of Wisconsin and the American Society of Civil Engineers - Wisconsin Section (ASCE-WI Section) collaborated on a project to educate Wisconsinites about the ASCE 2020 Infrastructure Report Card. The recordings of the presentations are linked below. Across Wisconsin, infrastructure grades range from D+ to a B, demonstrating a clear need for improvements.

The Infrastructure Report Card is organized into the 13 different categories pictured below, along with the category's grade. You can click on each icon to learn about that category.

For more information, see the American Society of Civil Engineer's (ASCE) Infrastructure Page and the Wisconsin Infrastructure Report Card site.

Both the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin and the ASCE - WI Section agree on the importance of a fully functioning and well-maintained Wisconsin infrastructure. Please contact your public officials and urge them to listen to these programs and invest in Wisconsin’s infrastructure. With additional, long-term, consistent investment, we can raise the grade for infrastructure in Wisconsin.
