LWVVC Legislative Team members Clay Meek (Chair), Nancy Vaughn, Vivian Lord, and Nicki Junkins were in Tallahassee this week to participate in the state League's annual lobby days event.
LWVVC was well represented at Volusia County's State of the County Luncheon during which the team met our new county council members and learned about last years successes and challenges due to the enormous hurricane damages from Ian and Nicole.
LWVVC members enjoyed a gala holiday social at the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art. The event, organized the social chair Cathy Egley, included a yummy buffet and great conversation with friends.
