League Education and Advocacy Day 2020

Join members from across the state to kick off another great League year. Network, compare techniques, and problem-solve with members of other local Leagues!
WHO: All League members and guests are welcome and urged to attend.
WHEN: Saturday, January 25, 9:00 a.m. (registration, coffee) - 3:00 p.m.
WHERE: Basilica of St. Peter, 1529 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC 29201
COST: $25 per attendee (includes coffee, lunch, and materials)

The program will include:

• John Ruoff on "War Stories from the Redistricting Front"
• Laura Woliver on "Disturbing the Peace in S.C.: Women's Suffrage and Human Equality"
• Roundtable networking on Making Democracy Work: Challenges and Opportunities in This Election Year"
• Updates on Redistricting, Legislative Advocacy, DEI, Centennial, Gender and Racial Equity (including the ERA), Education, Natural Resources
